Reliability Centre India contracted by Lloyd Electric to provide Reliability Engineering services for Railway product
Reliability Centre India will be providing Reliability Engineering services to Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India in respect of their Roof Mounted Ventilation Package Unit for EMU/MEMU coaches.

Lloyd Electric has designed Roof Mounted Ventilation Unit is designed to provide fresh air to the passenger coaches and to maintain healthy CO2 levels in the coach under all conditions of passenger load.

Reliability Centre India will be analysing the system and thereafter providing following documents in accordance with EN 50126 standard that is applicable in Railways:-
(a) RAM/LCC Plan
(b) System Severity List (SSL) (as per template)
(c) FMEA/FMECA (as per template)
(d) Maintainability Prediction and Analysis
(e) LCC BLESS (as per BLESSv3_2_MRVCII_INR.xls)
(f) Safety Plan in accordance with EN 50126
(g) Hazard Log
(h) Safety Requirement Specification
(i) Safety Critical Item List (SCIL)
(j) Fault Tree Analysis

Reliability Centre India contracted by Pteris Global, Singapore to provide Design Engineering services
Reliability Centre India has been contracted by Pteris Global, Singapore to provide Reliability Engineering services for the Baggage Handling System that is being designed for the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) at Mumbai, India.

Reliability Centre India will be performing following tasks:-

(i) Study of Airport Specifications
(ii) Study of Baggage Handling System Design
(iii) Submission of the Reliability Report
(iv) Analysis and calculation of the system availability from the field failure report

Reliability Centre India to provide RAM services to Pteris Global, Singapore
Reliability Centre India will be providing Reliability Engineering services to Pteris Global, Singapore for their Baggage Handling System being designed and installed in Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) at Mumbai, India.

Pteris Global has been awarded a contract by Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) for the Baggage Handling System (BHS) at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) at Mumbai, India. This is a full turnkey project with that requires designing and building the airport arrival and departure systems.

Reliability Centre India is required to perform and submit a System Reliability, Maintainability and Availability Calculation Report based on BHS components MTBF and MTTR parameters. This report will validate that the BHS System Design will meet the Availability requirements.

Project in Zambia
We managed US $2.3 million project of laying Optical Fibre cable and setting up antennas on Mobile Telephone towers in Malawi and Zambia.

Projects with Siemens
We undertook RAMS analysis of BHS system designed by Siemens for their projects in India and Thailand.

Software Audit
We have conducted manual testing and auditing of the software. Common problems and software failures encountered in e-governance projects.
